I can see some of those having uses with 6mm Epic to 10mm AT8. 10mm is close enough to 6-8mm especially when it comes to structures.

That is the way it was played in AT/CT/SM1 … You could pick the ordinance for your Titan support and off-board missiles. And once Deathstrikes were added with SM2/TL. If those events you listed would occur, than yes to the original question. However, I think most of us here can agree, none of those will happen. GW stopped supporting Epic about a decade or more ago. We don't seem to need them to play Epic. Around these parts … ;D

Well if Vanguard makes proxies for the other 3 versions of the Sicaran … I may go that way :sos … Their version of the main vehicle is pretty darn nice ! ;D
