Re: this In the Daemon World list we have moved to having Horrors as the base unit for Tzeentch at one 3+ firefight. Flamers are reserved for "special". Makes more sense and solves stat / list issues That's a good solution as it doesn't impact the stats for Flamers in other lists. Nice. I...

We had a mini-tournament here in Perth, and the organiser Matt-Shadowlord was kind enough to let me take the Lost and the Damned 0.3. This is the list I took. Tzeentch Cultist Coven with daemonic pact, one demagogue, who is the arch-heretic, eleven mutant squads and 6 transporters. 285 points. Khorn...

Why would you teleport them in though? You fly them in in a thunderhawk and pick them up with another them. Thats the best way to use them without a doubt. When we're talking about a 275 point unit that then has 400 points worth off transports to give a pick up/drop off cycle, I'm not sure it reall...

If you take multiple Brass Scorpions do they deploy as a single unit, or up to 3 separate units?

Has anyone playtested the Daemon Knights yet? With Disrupt and Indirect Fire added this unit appears to have become crazy powerful. The range is limited to 45, but with Scout they're able to garrison up the board. Even if the enemy wises up and puts the objectives well back on your side, with Scout ...

The point is: Guard has no "secure" activations apart from Titans. Thats one reason why the Warhound is so popular. By "Double is on a one" the Baneblade opens up a plethora of new tactical options, filling a niche and, at least in my opinion, is not overpowered as its main role...

+1 to double. Makes you want to use the tank pressing forward aggressively instead is sitting there sustaining. Oh, okay. Is that really what people think is limiting the Baneblade? Because I'm far from a vet, but I've never finished a game with Baneblades thinking 'if only they were more reliable ...

but I'm still with L4, et.al. on disliking the speed boost and coming around to Blip's point about the Ulani blitzkrieg rule which has been tested to death. It seems just plain mean to give an army called the Ulani a blitzkrieg rule. Ulani are polish cavalry, and the Poles were, ah, not the benefic...

The idea behind 'stable platform' for the whole of the Baneblade, not just the main gun, is that it gives the tank a unique role that no other SHT has. Right now we see a lot of Shadowswords for ranged shooting, and possibly some Stormblades. If people want superheavies for engaging, then they take ...

Having a play around with the list, and I wondering if it was intentional that the Terminators can't take Land Raiders. I know people hardly ever do it, but it seems a shame that people can't take it as a fluffier option if they want.

One thing that I liked about the Epic 40K list meta game, is how it was focused on creating somewhat battered unique companies. I like your idea and to be honest, I can see nothing that would stop you from realizing it using the current Redux list and creative proxying. The number of lads/ladies/th...

You could always fan-list the concept and see where it goes too.

I'm just trying to get a reasonable number of games in at this point. I also don't think the concept I had was strong enough to justify a whole new list.

I was under the impression that the Vraks-list was for more imperial vs. imperial stuff? Or maybe that´s too much over into that corner for you? I would go with using kitbashed IG-vehicles as proxies, as kyuss said. A degenerated Hydra design would not be as efficient as the real thing (add rust an...

Also there is nothing to stop you proxying an old leman russ, griffon, hydra or chimera as a land transport, technical, daemon engine or similar :) with some suitable conversion work most imperial artillery makes excellent contagion engines, super heavies work as plague towers etc :) That is a good...
