A company of Skelly-Men archers. As you can tell, I’m painting at the positively blistering pace of one unit every few weeks or so.

One thing I can’t deny is how good these guys look in mass formations.

Of the three, my opinion is that you'll find Dominion and NetEA have the most "flavor." FWC is easy to play but feels more generic, so I use it for more "hard" sci fi milieus. NetEA is better if you're going to base your units in individual vehicles and squads, like so: Sons-of-H...

You've making a good move - 3mm scale is great and an excellent value, and the Vanguard minis are superbly detailed at 3mm scale and the best bet for a Horus Heresy game ad small scale. I use EA straight at 3mm scale, but I like to base my 3mm figures singly, just like downscaled EA units. Future Wa...

Oddział Osmy does tanks that are a dead ringer for the ones in the Colonial Marines manual. They’re what got this whole project started, and I do need to finish my Marine battle group - they’ll be useful in the conflict I’m planning on Mars. Incidentally here are some size shots of some of the othe ...

Little crossover to my own game universe, the US Colonial Army is going to have a role to play in an intervention on Mars, I think. Either way the First Cav unita are coming together very nicely.

Some Skeleton Warriors - Byzantine "thematoi" footsoldiers risen from the dead to swear allegiance to the Fallen Empire and its Undying Emperor.

A skeleton army was one of the first I tried to build when I was a kid. Now that I’m a little more skilled I’m finally attempting it! This is the first piece of what I hope will be a nice Warmaster army - in my own background, set in the Weird Renaissance, this is the army of the Fallen Empire. Cons...

Wow been a while since anyone posted here, huh? In a very rare change for me I’m doing a project in 28mm scale. Shock! This is my first Warpod from the revived line by Flytrap Factory - I supported the Kickstarter and now have a bunch of these little robits getting ready for the Battle of Robograd. ...

An alternate title (if you know the series Parks and Receeation) would be “A Lively Fisting.” Imperial Fists, being the most loyal Legion (none of this Imperium Secudus heresy for me!) they seemed like an interesting opponent for the Sons of Horus, who I’m already working to finish. And hobbies bein...
