Well, with the poll moving clearly for a planetfall, the cost better be significant and limitations should be tight or opponents are going to get slaughtered.

I'm going to come up with some draft ideas for planetfall for the next version of Leviathan and see what people think. It'll be expensive and limited.

As a thought for your Leviathan interpretation Zombo, what about limiting "Mycetic Spores" to one of the Rare Cluster options for the Core Swarms? That way you can either drop small specialist swarms, or a Horde swarm, but each is going to sacrifice a certain amount of power in exchange for its drop? (also keeps to the current design process, which I like.) Obviously restricting what the drop pods can actually carry is important, otherwise you end up with a Dominatrix falling from the sky with a handful of Hierodules, and that's silly.
