Hi Russ

Thank you very much. I'm not sure at the moment whether I can make the 17th but if not then should be able to make a future Saturday. I'm unemployed at the moment so won't be able to afford to come that often initially. But I figured if I don't get over your way, I am not likely to get a game of EA at my local club in Leeds (and so I would probably lose my current painting impetus).

Thanks

James

We play most Saturdays, but we don't always play EA. We also do Uncharted Seas, Star Fleet: A call to Arms, Battletech, 6mm WWII, DBA in 15mm, WWI Naval, Wings of War, Warhammer Historical in 15mm (although I'm still painting the armies for it) etc.

Let us know when you can make it and we'll make sure there's an EA game on ;)

Now that is a good mix, I might even dust off some of my 15mm armies

Cool- I am also into Battletech. I would nt mind seeing Star Fleet: A call to Arms- I have a load of unpainted Star Trek figures that I have nt found an excuse to use yet.

Cheers

Hey guys

Anyone fancy a game in York tomorrow (Sunday 26/02)?

I have a gaming surface and some terrain...

Hi

What is the plan for Sat the 17th of March? How many people will be playing? Will you be doing couple of smaller games games or one big game?

If you have an odd number of players I would be happy to join in, but I would be quite rusty (have only played a couple of times in last 3 years since my regular EA opponent moved down South for work). I can bring either Orks (desert based) or IG (tundra based).

Cheers

James

The plan? Dude you are giving us way too much credit lol! Myself, Frenchie and TT will be in attendance and if you would like to join us please do so. You'll need to PM Frenchie to get his address.

I'm bringing 3000pts of Guard. Can't say what the format would be, thought we'd just wing it.

Soz for been of the radar 4 a while but been going threw a bit of a rocky patch, nothing 2 heavy and all sorted now.

Sat 17th still on at mine I know Russ will be there and hopefully TT, James and Aging Hippy can make it.
If needs be I can set up a second table in the dinning room, also ill put some food on.

I'm looking at Sat been a bit of a meet and greet, over some bloody action and see what people would like 2 do with this possible fledgling group, weather we limit it 2 epic, how often we meet etc.

For future possible games, I also play: LOTR SBG, BFG, W40K, WFB, Battletech, Warmachine/Hordes, Silent Death, B5 ACTA, Full Thrust (plus figures for Confrontation, Slaughterloo and Wargods of Aegyptus although hardly played either).

Cheers

James

Speaking of ACTA I just bought Age of Dreadnoughts this week to go with my already painted WWI Brits and Germans. Of course we don't have to look at it as WWI, it could just as easily be Wet Navy Battles on a Low Tech Level Planet lol ;)
